This pathway is available at universities in London, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, and online, ensuring flexibility and accessibility for all students.
  • The foundation year focuses on building essential academic and professional skills, such as critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving. It also introduces students to key concepts in hospitality and tourism, including customer service, marketing, and tourism economics. Upon successful completion of the foundation year, students progress to the three-year International Hospitality and Tourism (Hons) program, where they can specialize in areas such as Event Management, Sustainable Tourism, or Hotel Operations.
  • Foundation Year: Introduction to Hospitality and Tourism, Academic Skills Development, Principles of Business, Basic Economics, and Customer Service Fundamentals.
  • Year 1: Principles of Marketing, Tourism Economics, Customer Experience, and Hospitality Operations.
  • Year 2: Event Planning, Sustainable Tourism, Digital Marketing in Hospitality, and Hotel Management.
  • Year 3: Strategic Management, Global Tourism Development, Leadership in Hospitality, and a Capstone Project or Dissertation.

Education Route:

You can qualify if you have:

✅ A Level 3 qualification (equivalent to 60 credits or 80 UCAS tariff points) OR

✅ Five GCSEs at grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) OR

✅ No formal education? No problem! We offer opportunities for you to start your learning journey.

Experience Route:

If you don’t meet the academic criteria, you may still qualify with:

✅ 6 months to 1 year of work experience within the last 12 months.
