The Health and Care Management (Top-Up) program is designed for students who have completed a relevant diploma or foundation degree and wish to upgrade their qualification to a full bachelor’s degree. Offered by universities in London, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, and online, this program provides a fast-track route to earning an honors degree in health and care management.
This program is ideal for students looking to enhance their knowledge and skills in healthcare management, leadership, and policy. With a focus on real-world applications, students will engage in case studies, projects, and internships that prepare them for the demands of the modern healthcare environment.

The Health and Care Management (Top-Up) program is structured to provide advanced knowledge and practical skills in a condensed timeframe.

Core Modules: Strategic Management in Healthcare, Financial Management in Healthcare, Leadership and Change Management, and Health Policy and Ethics.
Elective Modules: Global Health Issues, Innovation in Healthcare, Quality and Safety in Healthcare, and Patient-Centered Care.
Capstone Project: A real-world healthcare project or dissertation that allows students to apply their learning to solve complex healthcare challenges.

Non-Repayable Grants – Depending on your circumstances, you may also qualify for additional financial support.

Education Route:

You can qualify if you have:

✅ A Level 3 qualification (equivalent to 60 credits or 80 UCAS tariff points) OR

✅ Five GCSEs at grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) OR

✅ No formal education? No problem! We offer opportunities for you to start your learning journey.

Experience Route:

If you don’t meet the academic criteria, you may still qualify with:

✅ 6 months to 1 year of work experience within the last 12 months.
