Course details and modules

This program combines a foundation year with a full undergraduate qualification, offering a comprehensive pathway into the field of hospitality and tourism management.

In today’s era of digital transformation, staying competitive requires a deep understanding of technology’s influence on the hospitality and tourism industry. The BSc (Hons) International Hospitality and Tourism Management with Foundation Year integrates technology throughout the curriculum, ensuring graduates are not only familiar with the latest tools but also capable of innovating to enhance guest experiences, streamline operations, and promote sustainable practices.

Through hands-on experiences such as virtual reality simulations for hotel management and data analytics for monitoring tourism trends, students acquire practical skills tailored to the evolving demands of the industry. This forward-looking approach prepares graduates to become industry leaders, ready to shape the future of hospitality and tourism rather than merely seeking roles within it.
